About Bethany

Bethany grew up in Boise, ID and is a proud Military Spouse. Residing in beautiful Ventura, CA, she has a background in education and real estate, working as the Director of Operations for a Keller Williams team for 3.5 years where she developed a strong interest in Multi-Family real estate. She transitioned from that job end of 2018 to dive into MF RE full time, closing on a 36 unit C-class property in Tucson, AZ, with the goal to close on additional properties 50+ unit count in either Tucson, AZ or Boise, ID in 2020.
